Fred has over 37 years of experience in the financial services and accounting industry.  He is a graduate of the University of   Denver School of Accountancy and is both a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist.  Fred has counseled individuals and businesses alike on investment, tax, estate and financial planning issues, and has prepared corporate and individual tax returns throughout his professional career.  Fred serves as President of Falco Financial Services, Inc., and is the founding Partner of Fred A. Lockwood & Co. P.C.

Michael is licensed for Life and Health Insurance, Annuities, and Securities in the states of Colorado, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming.  He is a professional member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.  Michael’s community involvement includes the American Red Cross Chairman, Board of Directors, Eagles, and Lions club.  His hobbies include hunting, black powder shooting, music composition and reading.

Jim began his career in accounting and financial consulting in 1984.  Jim is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado where he received a degree in Business Administration and Accounting.  Jim is a Partner in Fred A. Lockwood & Co., P.C., where he has provided accounting, tax and business consulting services throughout his career.

Troy began his career in public accounting and financial consulting in 1986.  After graduating from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Troy received his Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.  Troy is a Partner in Fred A. Lockwood & Co., P.C., where he provides accounting, tax and business consulting services.  Troy earned his series 6 and 65 licenses.

Vince began his career in public accounting and financial consulting in 2001. After graduating from the Chadron State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Emphasis in Agri-Business and Accounting, Vince began his career with the State of Nebraska as an auditor. One year later he joined the firm as a staff accountant in Scottsbluff. After earning his CPA designation in 2003 he was promoted to senior accountant. In 2004 Vince joined the Chadron office. Vince was promoted to Manager in 2007 and was appointed to the investment committee for FALCO Financial Services in 2008. Vince holds as Series 65 license.
